Hotel provided Covid test on site which saved us a lot time. Check in staff was very friendly and explained everything short and sweet. Room was spacious, kid can play in the room freely with no interruption to adults. Location is OK as it is a very quiet place.

The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, clean and the breakfast had a great variety. It was a thirty minute walk to the lake, and while it was away from the hustle and bustle and nightlife, the city streets are quiet and pretty.

I was particularly impressed by the front desk staff at reception and check out (Ms Yuris and Mr Alei). They were super professional. Totally enjoyed being on Crowne Plaza Club floor.Tea time @ Club Lounge was superb. Breakfast was of a high caliber. Wifi perfect. Le Taste Chinese Restaurant on third floor was superb👍

The staff here were very accommodating. We had issues with the health code being different than the shenzhen one. It was quite a hassle. We were given a complementary drink and a room upgrade. on national day free balloons were given out for children which was a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty. Breakfast staff were great.

The lobby looks very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast has many choices regarding Chinese style food.
